BRONZED BIFFO

A statue of Zidane's famous head-butt on Marco Materazzi by sculptor Adel Abdessemed has been placed in the courtyard of the Pompidou Center in Paris. Could this be the best statue ever made? who can say. Does it open the door for a statue of Scarlo smashing Hayden Ballantyne down at the Cattery or perhaps one of Barry Hall king hitting Brent Staker out front of the SCG? Violence captured in bronze. Hard to see the AFL (or any code for that matter) going down that path. Vive La France.
